Paul Renfroe, General Partner, is a longtime Memphian who has served in numerous capacities. After graduating cum laude from The McCallie School (1974) and with distinction from Rhodes College (1978), Mr. Renfroe served as a campus missionary with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 12 years.

 Upon his return to the Memphis area, he became a financial advisor to many over the last 15 years through his firm, Common Sense Financial, Inc. He is the region's very first Certified Senior Advisor, and about half his clients are over 65.

 Exposure to the success of his clients in real estate wealthbuilding led Mr. Renfroe further into real estate and he has been active in foreclosure purchases, rehab projects, home expansions and rental properties.

 Mr. Renfroe is also a mortgage broker with many clients and lenders across the country. His lending experience includes successful commercial, international and export financing.
