These stryrofoam blocks stay in place and provide insulation on both sides of the concrete walls after pouring. The walls will be R-50 insulating value.
Imbedded in this slab is the hearting system--200 feet of 7/8" tubing filled with Hot Water and controlled from the Hot Water Heater, which is gas and tankless!

The exterior coating is sprayed-on concrete called Permacrete which is structural, has a 6500 compressive strength, and even though only 1/8" thick is bullet-resistant! Never requires painting!

In this photo of the kitchen, you see the typical vaulted ceiling of each room in the house. The Structural Insulated Panels used for the roof are self-supporting so no rafters or trusses are required.
With so much cabinet space and a breakfast bar, this kitchen will be a great place to cook and chat. This picture doesn't reveal the granite look of the stained concrete floor.
At last, a finished home! Looks normal but super insulated at R-50 with Insulated Concrete Forms for the exterior walls and Structural Insulated Panels for the roof.
